If homeowner is not available give a call. Contact office to notify coordinator and have them follow up with an email and another call**Write up change order at the time of work *Review rakes for drip edge **Reinstall if previously on home or by request (Only C 3 ½” to be installed) Once complete. Walk roof and perimeter of home. TAKE AFTER PICS INSPECT PROPERTY OF DEBRIS/DAMAGES Rerun magnet while inspecting perimeter w/ homeowner Make sure homeowner is aware furniture has been left and they will be responsible for returning for liability reasons.
